Sofia Rexach

Sofia Rexach joins us as Health Director and Head Nurse in Summer 2025. She comes to this role with 20 plus years in the nursing industry with experience as a bedside nurse, trauma nurse, community care-giver, educator, auditor, project manager, software implementation specialist, and a leader.  She enjoys theatre, music, art, gardening, and connecting with nature.  Her ideologies of working as a collective team to form a peaceful balance for the highest good is what she hopes to contribute in support of the Meadowmount community this summer.
