Anna Louise Martin

Anna Louise Martin is a lifelong music lover with a passion for finding meaningful and creative ways to weave it into community life. She joined the Meadowmount School of Music as Development Manager in April 2025.

Anna Louise additionally serves as the Director of Operations at The Plimpton Foundation, working with the leadership team to ensure organizational excellence and alignment with the Foundation’s mission. She is also a board member of the Friends of Eastman Opera. Previously, she held the position of Capacity Building Programs Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Chairman at the DeVos Institute of Arts and Nonprofit Management.

In 2021, Anna Louise founded Rochester Summer Opera, creating free performance opportunities for students while providing accessible opera experiences for the Rochester community. Her career includes valuable experience at organizations, including the Ravinia Festival, Portland Opera, and Portland Summerfest. She has also served as Project Manager at The Institute of Music Leadership.

Anna Louise is a classically trained soprano and holds a Master of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music and graduated Cum Laude from DePauw University with a degree in Vocal Performance and Business. Her performance highlights include Greta Fiorentino in Street Scene, Marcellina in Le nozze di Figaro, La Fée in Cendrillon, soprano soloist in Mozart’s Mass in C Minor, Dorothée in L’amant anonyme, and Giunone in La Calisto.

Anna Louise is based in Philadelphia and was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She is a golfer and nature lover, and is rarely seen without her fluffy companion, Luca.
